Healthy breakfast options after morning workouts. Group spa, steam or sauna treatments are scheduled.

 

Rising early and sleeping early recommended…no alcohol or clubbing recommended. You will also have plenty of free time 🙂 Shopping or tree climbing = Cardio + strength Training 🙂
